 Privacy Fence Installation!

Additionally, we are listed as General  Contractors and we do most. if not all, of our ancillary services in house! Except Plumbing, Electrical. HVAC, Fine Carpentry, etc.

Tile-We are very particular about the Tile we are willing to install for our clients. Tile comes in an almost infinite number of variations due to the numerous available tile materials, tile sizes, colors, patterns, shapes, textures, manufacturer, country of origin, firing style, etc. ad infinite. Unfortunately, with such a wide variety to possibly choose from, the majority of manufacturers supplying the "big box" hardware stores, fall short of the quality we insist upon using in our client's homes. But, fret not, multiple locally owned suppliers of high quality, durable, and absolutely breathtaking tile; thus, providing our clients  with a superbly vast selection to choose from exist and we have a great working relationship with them all! What this means for our clients is that any tile project will include a field trip to one or more of these local tile suppliers to quite literally find the perfect tile for your project. And, as with ALL other services we offer, we DO NOT and WILL NOT install any materials purchased by the client. If you want to purchase bargain tiles, and hire ANY person able to install them for you cheap, quick, easy, ordinary, and almost certainly incorrectly (which will match well with those cheap  screen printed ceramic tile that cost a quarter per SF.) then you most definitely aren't one of our clients anyways and this is not intended for you!   ,

We believe in transparency between Contractor and Client, (also known as open/honest communication) throughout every single aspect and phase of operation. Simply put, we are upfront, brutally honest, and sincere in our communication. Our personal belief is that when your doing things correctly, treating people well, and trying to establish life long  and loyal relationships with our clients; there exists no allowable justification or reason for lying. And, to be honest, life is hard enough when you know the truth, why make it harder by lying? And, unfortunately, we are very aware that there exists no shortage of Liars, Frauds, Scam Artists, etc. And, we can't stand being like everyone else, we want to be unique, different, stand out from the  crowd, call us Masonry Rebels I guess... please don't..... Truthfully, we take extreme pride in our trade. our heritage, our knowledge, skill, and talent, our tireless hard work, unwavering dedication, and unmatched workmanship, the products of our labor, and masonry  itself. We work extremely hard to provide only the highest quality results, consistently being both durable and aesthetically pleasing; and, we achieve that feat by combining “old school” work ethic, methods, and techniques with only the highest quality, most advanced (when

appropriate, sometimes, the most ancient or basic product is the one best suited for the task at hand, and in those situations, we do just that!), and industry tested/trusted materials (that we painstakingly source from across the USA and beyond!) And, the last component is possibly the most important of all! We are constantly seeking, absorbing, and acquiring knowledge. Education is our secret weapon... Muahahahahaha! (but, seriously) We are members of the “ACI” (American Concrete Institute” and the MCAA (Masonry Contractors of American Association) providing an almost overwhelming source of industry specific and complimentary information, knowledge, new research, technical data, ongoing scientific research and studies, scholarly articles, materials science, etc.etc.etc.

And, the final piece of the puzzle, if we don't know something. We can't find the answer within our available resources. or, maybe the question has never even been asked, let alone answered..... We proceed as follows...

A.) Consult our Peers across the Ocean who have thousands of years of collective knowledge and trade heritage/ancestry which provides them with some very specific, very rare, very ancient, and very valuable knowledge. Chumming up with them was am absolute no-brainier.

B.) Make a Plan, Test that Plan, Repeat, Until the answer is known, the skill is learned, the trick is exposed..... Sometimes the only way to really know something for sure, is by taking some initiative, being unafraid to fail, and the persistence to continue undeterred until you reach your conclusion! We may be one of last few who actively field test new techniques, methods, etc.

How to Qualify for "Preferred Client" Status...

At Iannone Building and Contracting, we realize that regardless of the skills, knowledge, talent, ability, experience, or expertise we posses in our trade, Masonry;  without our absolutely amazing and irreplaceable clients we would not exist, let alone be successful! At Iannone Building and Contracting, we realize that regardless of the skills, knowledge, talent, ability, experience, or expertise we posses in our trade, Masonry;  without our absolutely amazing and irreplaceable clients we would not exist, let alone be successful! And, although it is not uncommon for small businesses to recognize this fact, and to express gratitude towards their clients, as with everything we do, we take things a step further. We take the time and put in real effort to forge lifelong relationships with our clients, and these client relationships are one of our main focuses! We would much rather provide high quality, long lasting, effective, and aesthically pleasing outcomes for our clients than to try and make a quick, one time, gain at the cost of our clients and their homes and property! When we are performing our quotes, consultations, and/or assessments, as well as while we are onsite during an ongoing project, we are constantly keeping an eye out for any potential issue, area of concern, problematic scenarios even if they have nothing to do with our current task at hand, or whether we provide services to address those potential findings. The reason is simple, we aren't trying to find more work to sell our clients, believe me, we have enough of that as it is, but rather, we act with the mind set of, "treat it as if it were your own" and "friends look out for one another" and the basis of this once again is not for potential profits, it is to do the right thing, help our clients avoid potential problems and costly damages/repairs (if the issue went unnoticed or left untold). Additionally, our clients trust in us to provide them with not only exceptional quality workmanship for a specific project, but rather, they are entrusting us with their homes and property and, as such, it is our duty to become familiar with every aspect of that home and.or property, so if they should request our services in the future (which around 80% of our clients, have done, by hiring us for two or more separate projects), we can provide them with a much more accurate proposal, a more specific and all encompassing plan of action, reduce the time from expressed interest to finish product, and more effectively identify potential obstacles, collateral damages of problematic issues, and in the instance that something should require immediate attention, we can assist them, with very little need for ancillary information, briefing, or necessary planning to address safety concerns, as we know the property, we know the structure, we are familiar with the layout, the intricacies, the location of outlets, spigots, plumbing, electrical, gas lines, lighting, and their corresponding shut off's, etc. Plainly, it prepares us for the future needs of our clients, and seats us ahead of the competition due to our familiarity and intimate knowledge of their home, their homes specifics, and their property as a whole, Not to mention with our clients themselves, their families, and even their neighbors! Our clients trust us and our abilities for good reason, that we earned through hard work, attention to detail, honest and open communications (even when the conversation isn't a pleasant one). And, to reward our best clients, the clients who repeatedly entrust us with their projects and their homes, time and time again, we have created a special program specifically for these repeat clients called, the "Preferred Client Program," or PCP for short!

Qualifying for preferred client status is profoundly simple... First, you must be an existing client; having hired and paid us for at least one project. Secondly, to help drive our goal of developing lifelong, lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, any client who hires and pays for three separate projects (each totaling $1000 or more) over the course of any period of time, is automatically designated with "Preferred Client" Status. Upon drafting of your third separate project's invoice, we include in the notes section of that invoice a congratulatory statement welcoming you into our clientele elite! We also issue you a client specific identification number, and a list/explanation of all the benefits our "Preferred Client Program" members will automatically receive or are eligible to receive for the remainder of our company's existence! To date, their are eleven (11) "PCP" members! Which if you consider that we have been in business for only a short time, this year will be our fifth year as an officially registered/recognized business legally operating as a fully Insured, flawlessly rated, Masonry/General Contracting service provider in Broome County! (I know that last part most likely was more exciting to us, whilst your probably wondering....So, What about those perks?

The "Perks" of "PCP" Status!

How to Qualify for "Preferred Client" Status...

The "Perks" of "PCP" Status!

Without further ado, and BTW kudos if you actually made it this far without skipping though our nostalgic and proud short novel not that we blame you one bit if you did skip ahead, we get it, really! Everyone loves perks, and our "PCP" members get quite a few of them for sure!

  1. Lifetime Discount! That's right,, a lifetime, discount on EVER

That's right,, a lifetime, discount on EVERY single project totaling $1000 in Labor cost, an unlimited number of times, for the rest of time our business exists! (15% off the invoice total of any/all labor costs! We can't discount the materials cost as we do not mark up materials, and thus, we are not profiting off the materials, rather we are purchasing them on behalf of our clients, for contracted project, and that cost is passed along to our clients at the exact cost including tax, that we paid our suppliers, Additionally, fee's associated with third party businesses, regulatory authorities, the government, engineer's , architects, designers, or specialty tradesmen are not discounted,m as they are charged to us on your behalf and their cost is passed onto you upon final invoicing. With that being said, the Labor portion of the invoice that is discounted, typically accounts for 50%-90% of the total project cost! So, a 15% discount can be substantial, especially if it is utilized several times over the course of time! The potential to save thousands of dollars is very real!
  2. Priority Scheduling- Our potential clients, existing clients, and the peanut gallery is likely to dislike this perk, until they achieve "PCP" status that is....  Priority scheduling works in the following ways: You are a PCP member and you just received a quote for a new project, simultaneously, three other non-PCP members , whether new clients or existing clients, are at the same point in their upcoming projects timeline.  As a "PCP" member upon approving your new project, and prior to signing of contract or payment of deposit, you are allowed to schedule your project in whichever open calendar slots available. Whilst the non "PCP" Clients must first sign their contract and pay the project deposit prior to scheduling a time slot. Additionally, if three clients all express the desire to schedule their project at a particular date range the PCP member always receives priority. Additionally, PCP members have open availability to schedule quotes, whereas regularly quotes are only scheduled on Saturday or Sunday. And, finally, if they are also owners of an "Extended Service Program" or "Maintenance Program" "PCP" members are contacted to schedule their regular site visit dates prior to non-"PCP" members.
  3. Potential to Earn $- Any "PCP" member who expresses the desire to act as an affiliate of "Iannone Building and Contracting," (and, in which no legal reason exists prohibiting them to do so...) They will be given a unique referral code, which they can use to promote "Iannone Building and Contracting" in any approved way (as long as it is legal, and meets certain guidelines we have set forth) Whenever a client provides us with that unique referral code, and they approve and sign to a project; the "PCP" member who referred that client will receive between "5%-25%" of the total cost of labor of that project, upon receipt of payment. (Unfortunately, some further procedural details exist due to the lovely government that insists on profiting off of every transaction we engage in despite how big or small that transaction may or may not be. Payout percentage depends on a few factors, and details regarding such are provided, as with all other necessary and mandatory information regarding this program, upon client's request of such information or upon expressing interest in participating in the program.
  4. More Discounts! Throughout the year, we offer flash or "PCP" member only deals and discounts available only to "PCP," or, if offered to the public, "PCP" members are discounted at a higher percentage than the general public!
  5. Lastly, and the perk many of our clients express to be their favorite, which we don't understand, but we don't argue with our "PCP" members, more access to communication. Simply put, our "PCP" members have more calls, texts, emails, etc. answered, returned, and in a more timely fashion, that regular existing clients or potential clients. And, because we believe in being honest, this is not by design, but rather a result of the fact that when a client qualifies as a "PCP" member they are added to a group in our client management  software, which changes their default ringtones, notification tone, lights up our edge lighting on our cell phones, and makes a really annoying and ongoing alert sound on all of our devices which will not cease until we physically clear the notification on one of our devices.... This leads to an increased awareness of their communication attempt, and thus although not intended or intentional on our part, does in fact have this result!
