We believe in transparency between Contractor and Client, (also known as open/honest communication) throughout every single aspect and phase of operation. Simply put, we are upfront, brutally honest, and sincere in our communication. Our personal belief is that when your doing things correctly, treating people well, and trying to establish life long and loyal relationships with our clients; there exists no allowable justification or reason for lying. And, to be honest, life is hard enough when you know the truth, why make it harder by lying? And, unfortunately, we are very aware that there exists no shortage of Liars, Frauds, Scam Artists, etc. And, we can't stand being like everyone else, we want to be unique, different, stand out from the crowd, call us Masonry Rebels I guess... please don't..... Truthfully, we take extreme pride in our trade. our heritage, our knowledge, skill, and talent, our tireless hard work, unwavering dedication, and unmatched workmanship, the products of our labor, and masonry itself. We work extremely hard to provide only the highest quality results, consistently being both durable and aesthetically pleasing; and, we achieve that feat by combining “old school” work ethic, methods, and techniques with only the highest quality, most advanced (when
appropriate, sometimes, the most ancient or basic product is the one best suited for the task at hand, and in those situations, we do just that!), and industry tested/trusted materials (that we painstakingly source from across the USA and beyond!) And, the last component is possibly the most important of all! We are constantly seeking, absorbing, and acquiring knowledge. Education is our secret weapon... Muahahahahaha! (but, seriously) We are members of the “ACI” (American Concrete Institute” and the MCAA (Masonry Contractors of American Association) providing an almost overwhelming source of industry specific and complimentary information, knowledge, new research, technical data, ongoing scientific research and studies, scholarly articles, materials science, etc.etc.etc.
And, the final piece of the puzzle, if we don't know something. We can't find the answer within our available resources. or, maybe the question has never even been asked, let alone answered..... We proceed as follows...
A.) Consult our Peers across the Ocean who have thousands of years of collective knowledge and trade heritage/ancestry which provides them with some very specific, very rare, very ancient, and very valuable knowledge. Chumming up with them was am absolute no-brainier.
B.) Make a Plan, Test that Plan, Repeat, Until the answer is known, the skill is learned, the trick is exposed..... Sometimes the only way to really know something for sure, is by taking some initiative, being unafraid to fail, and the persistence to continue undeterred until you reach your conclusion! We may be one of last few who actively field test new techniques, methods, etc.
